TIME TO REGISTER FOR H-1B LOTTERY!

USCIS has implemented a change to how the H-1B Cap Lottery is processed for the 2021 Fiscal Year. Employers are now required register and pay a $10 registration fee with USCIS for this year’s lottery. USCIS will accept lottery registrations between March 1st to March 20th.
If the potential H-1B employee is selected in the lottery, only then a completed H-1B petition will be prepared and submitted along with the proper government filing fees.
