Starting today until November 6, 2018, people from select countries who are not permanent residents of the US are able to apply for the 2020 Diversity Immigrant Visa Program. It's a lottery selection system issuing immigrant visas to 50,000 people a year. It's simple and free to do.The link below explains how you can apply.
